Delivery and return conditions
General information about the online store
Limukauppa.fi sells e-commerce products to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT and token. In connection with the order, the customer accepts the valid delivery and return terms, which the customer should read before placing the order. Limukauppa.fi reserves the right to change the terms of the contract.

Ordering
An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail for a successful order. The confirmation shows the ordered products and their prices. Limukauppa.fi reserves the right to cancel the order or deliver it with insufficient balance or technical errors.
Payment methods
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards and online banking.
Delivery time
We aim to deliver orders within 2-3 business days. During campaigns or other exceptional situations, the delivery time may be extended. The customer receives information about the delivery confirmation by email, and the delivery time starts from this moment.
Delivery method and delivery costs
We deliver orders only to Finland. Delivery costs are normal Post rates, and we offer free delivery when the value of the Shopping Cart exceeds 100 euros.
Uncollected shipment
If the package is not picked up within 7 days of the arrival notification, it will be returned to the sender. An undelivered shipment is not a return according to the Consumer Protection Act, and in this case €10 will be charged as postage and handling costs.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right, which only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The following information must be attached to the return: name, address, and phone number.
Returns can be made with the same box, which you received from us. Our Posti client number is mentioned on the received package.

The approved return is credited directly to the customer's account.
Problem situations
If the product is lost, damaged during transport, or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the error must be reported immediately to tel 010 400 64 80 (Mon-Fri 9:00-12:00) or by mail to myynti@limukauppa.fi. The notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
